Matt Titus is a seasoned go-to-market (GTM) executive with deep expertise in Conversational AI, SaaS, and healthcare innovation. As two-time C-Suite executive, for over 15 years Matt has helped organizations from start ups to PE backed firms optimize their revenue growth strategies. 

As General Manager of Conversational AI at Swoop, Matt led GTM strategy, Customer Success, Technical Project Management, and overall business strategy. Joining Conversation Health (acquired by Swoop) as Chief Revenue Officer in 2023, Matt was instrumental in driving double digit revenue growth and advancing AI-driven solutions for the Healthcare & Life Sciences industry. For their work in Agent AI, the product was named the 2024 Healthcare Innovation Product of the Year by PR Week. 

Before Swoop, Matt served as Chief Commercial Officer and Co-GM at epocrates, an athenahealth company, where he spearheaded GTM, marketing, partnerships, and operations for the industry-leading medical reference app. Prior to that, he was EVP of Sales & Customer Experience at Real Chemistry, overseeing commercial efforts across HealthTech, PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS solutions that leveraged real-world, social, and digital data to tackle complex healthcare challenges.

Matt’s leadership extends across multiple high-impact roles, including Head of Sales in the Americas for Kantar Profiles (Health) and Managing Director at Sermo, where he drove revenue growth and commercial strategy across pharmaceuticals, consulting, and financial services. His innovative work in linked patient outcomes and electronic health records earned his team a prestigious Kantar Gold Award in 2018.

Matt has further honed his leadership skills through executive programs at Harvard Business School and WPP Maestro Program. He is a recognized thought leader, contributing to publications such as MM&M, Pharma Executive, Pharma Almanac, and Authority Magazine. A frequent speaker at industry conferences, Matt has presented at CES Digital Health Summit, MM&M Transform, and delivered the 2023 Reuters Pharma Customer Engagement Summit keynote.
